Final battles of the  North American Star League Season 4 closer and closer. 

Remind you that NASL 4 Starcraft 2 Finals will be held on 8-9 November in California, USA.

Event will start straight from the playoff stage with single elimination system. In first round of playoff winner will be revealed in Best-of-5 format, and from semifinal format will be Bo7.

Six of eight participants are from South Korea, while remain two are representing Europe.

From 31st of October till 4th of November, thousands Starcraft 2 fans will follow Electronic Sports World Cup 2012. 

32 Starcraft players will fight for imressive $40,000 prize purse at ESWC. Among participants you can find such big names as  Stephano,  ForGG,  Squirtle,  DIMAGA,  Bly and others.

The event that is taking place in the ESL Studio over at the german capital city Berlin is now in its final stages.

Two groups were played, with a total of 6 players in each, top 3 from the group play moved on to see another day in this event, with first in each group receiving a walkthrough in the first stages of the playoffs.

Group A saw the eastern zerg  Bly taking first place followed by  Daisy and surprisingly  ToD even though the group had names such as  Naama,  Socke and the recent sensation from  IEM 7 Cologne  VortiX. Group B saw the romanian protoss  NightEnd taking top 1, while  HasuObs and  sLivko had to settle for the second and third.

Tonight starting in few minutes, the Stage #3 of the EU Qualifier for  IEM 7 Guangzhou will take place, it features some of the best EU players as you can see below.

Top 5 of tonight's bracket will make it to IEM 7 Guangzhou, in China later next month. The bracket is a double elimination with 16 players, 8 quallified via Stage #2 and 8 invited.

The German event  Campus Party Berlin has rached the play-off stages, here the eight remaining players will duke it out in a Bo3 double elimination format in order to decide the winner of the $10,000 prize.

The players that made it through represent 2 zergs, 3 protosses and 3 terrans.

The Starcraft 2 open bracket for the upcoming IEM 7 Cologne have been drawn, there are a total of 4 open brackets, one for each group, with the first two from each open bracket clinching the last two slots in the groups.

The start of the games is due to be tomorrow at 9:00 am CET, in the ESL Studio from Cologne. Each bracket will be played in Bo3 double elmination format that, and the brackets are as follow:

Few moments ago the last games of day 3, the second group stage took place. Few surprises expected us from this third day, but there were some.

First of all the biggest surprise is the fall of main favorite to the title,  MVP in second group stage, based on the scoreline. The superstar terran lost the game to  Ret in that group but the [0-2] loss cost him the quallification. In his last game he did not focus and lost to  Naama as well.

Another floop was the one  SaSe brought to the table, losing his chance to quallify against the young russian zerg  slivko, whom at his first HomeStory Cup managed to make it to the round of eight.

The rest of the day fan out as expected, and at the end of the day we could draw the line and show you the bracket.
