The two innactive players from the North American giants on United States Cloud 9 announced their retirement., United States Ricky 'Fl0ppy' Kemery and United States Erick 'Xeppaa' Bach.

The two were in innactive status ever since the 1'st of April 2021 when the managers decided to release the roster.

The announcement comes on the official twitter page of the organization, both players moving to another branch of the Cloud9 organization, the VALORANT branch.

It seems the trend for the North American organization is to try and be the best in VALORANT by adding the former CS:GO players.

Both players made twitter statements, so United States xeppa wrote:

"Sucks to think I never reached my peak in CS. Time for some Valorant with mister @leaf_cs #C9BLUE"

While United States floppy stated:

"FLOPPY VALORANT! Excited to game with these dudes, let's get it! #C9BLUE"

So with this, the CS:GO division of United States Cloud9 is gone, while the VALORANT United States Cloud9 team now is:

  • United States Mitch 'mitch' Semago
  • United States Nathan 'leaf' Orf
  • United States Michael 'poiz' Possis
  • United States Ricky 'Fl0ppy' Kemery
  • United States Erick 'Xeppaa' Bach
  • Korea - Republic of Son 'xeta' Seon-ho
