The CIS based Counter-Strike:Global Offensive team, Ukraine Team Spirit has announced changes in the line-up. The team added a new player whom will take the place left open by Russian Federation Anton 'kibaen' Koleshnikov and along side the new player, whom is former Natus Vincere player, Ukraine Sergey 'starix' Ischuk the organization announced the addition of a new team.

The new team is their Academy team, a line-up consisted of an all Russian line-up.

The players are rather unknown for the scene and have the goal to possibly reach the CIS Minor.

The team manager Ukraine Ruslan Buhryn had this to say about the move:

" The roster consists of talented players and experienced coach. An important aspect for us is to unlock the potential of each player, which is why we are actively working on developing personal skills and improving the understanding of the game.

Recently we got invited to the CIS Minor qualifier, and right now we are preparing for the tournament. The initial goal for us is to achieve a successful performance at the regional minor tournament and get to the main qualifiers for the PGL Major Krakow."

At the same time, team COO, Ukraine Nikita Chukalin:

" It's very difficult to enter the pro-scene at the moment, not every talented young man can afford to choose a game instead of education or a job.

Such projects as Team Spirit Academy help the whole scene to grow, we get the "young blood" and perspective, and players get a solid ground under their feet – now they don't have to worry about trivia and are able to concentrate on the game. We have big plans working with young players, which go far beyond the current form of the academy. We will build our common future! :)."

Regardin his addition, Ukraine Starix had this to say:

" I had quite a lot of proposals from different organizations, so the choice was very hard.

I spoke with representatives of Spirit and also with the players, and decided that this is exactly the team and the organisation with which I want to continue my career in esports.

Despite the long break from the game, I am quickly regaining my form, and soon I will be able to prove it in official matches."
