The Swedish based Counter-Strike:Global Offensive team, Singularity Gaming has disbanded.
The players that were under the Singularity banner have all gone their separate ways.
The team failed to meet the managers expectations so they decided to release the roster. The official reason behind the move was posted to be the lack of founding for the roster as the organization is in full restructuration but as the team failed to deliver results, they could not attract new sponsors.
The official announcement was made on the official website of the team where the whole team wrote:
"Today our time with Singularity has come to an end. We put in a lot of work and we were close to make it one step further on many occasions but sadly never made it.
The last 6 months has been fun and a good learning experience for all of us. We thank Singularity for their trust and support in us during the good/bad times and the player swaps.
Now it's time to go our separate ways with them and for us as individuals as well since we decided that disbanding the team and go our separate ways would be the best decision and try our luck in other teams."
One of the players, namely, Nicolas 'Plopski' Gonzalez Zamora whom was loaned from x6tence will go back to the team he was on being still innactive while the rest will find new homes.
Remind you that the last roster Singularity filded was:
- Andre 'BARBARR' Moller
- Alfred 'RuSty' Karlsson
- Benjamin 'BENDJI' Soderena
- Nicolas 'Plopski' Gonzalez Zamora (loaned from x6tence)
- Andreas 'znajder' Lindberg (trial)
- Hugo 'HugoXD' Hallgren (innactive)
- Anton ' AntO_oNNNn' Van Gorp (coach)
