The North American based Counter-Strike:Global Offensive team, United States Team Liquid announced that they have decided to let their European player Denmark Jacob 'Pimp' Winneche go. Need to mention that United States Team Liquid was one of the first NA teams to sign European players.

The announcement was made public by both parties via the official socialization pages.

While the Team Liquid side stated:

" Today we are officially releasing Pimp and thank him for his time in the #TLFam. Best of luck as you move on to other great opportunities!"

On the other side, the former United States Team Liquid player seems to be glad this is over as pimp tweeted:

" From this moment I will no longer be contracted to Team Liquid! It's been one hell of a ride,…"

Now that this is over, the new CS:GO team for United States Team Liquid is:

  • United States Nick 'nit0' Cannela
  • United States Jonathan 'EliGE' Jablonowski
  • United States Joshua 'jdm64' Marzano
  • Canada Peter 'stanislaw' Jarguz
  • Canada Russel 'Twistzz' VanDulken
  • Brazil Wilton 'zews' Prado (coach)
